Recording the results
Recording the results of the teams runs is enabled by the button Recording results
on the starting list.
The button Recording results
is displayed only if the run is in the READY state.
A screen for recording team results will appear.
Record the result
The currently running team is highlighted in color and has unlocked fields to enter the number of refusals, mistakes and to record the time. It is not necessary to write in the fields for refusals and mistakes, but just press the letters N (to write refusal) and M (to write mistake) on the keyboard. The system itself counts refusals and mistakes in the correct fields.
After the team has caught up, the operator just presses the C key (the cursor switches to the Time field), the operator writes the time and presses the ENTER key. This will record the result of the run and the system will automatically set the next team in order to be recorded.
Decimal points are not entered in the time. If you want to enter a time of exactly 43 seconds, you enter the time 4300. If you want to enter a time of 43 seconds and 28 hundredths, you enter the time 4328.
If you enter 3 refusals during recording (press the N key 3 times), the system will automatically record a disqualification for the team.
Record disqualification
If the team is disqualified press the D key. The system itself writes down what is needed and switches to the next team in line.
Record if the team does not run
If for some reason the team does not run, it is necessary to write it down and the given team will not be displayed in the result list.
If the team is not yet at the start but starts later in the order, it is possible to mark it as not running with the Cancel
button.
If the team that should have already started (that is, it is the first in the list for recording the results) does not run, it is necessary to press the X key. The system writes that the team did not run and switches to the next team in the sequence.
Team move
As part of recording the results, it is possible to move the team that is not running to the first or last position. This can be done with the To start
or To end
buttons.
Editing an already entered result
If for some reason you need to edit the team's already recorded result (for example, a typo or correction of the judge's decision), it is possible to do it with the Edit
button when the team has already caught up.
A form will appear with the recorded result, which you can edit and save with the Submit
button.
