Starting list announcement
Agility Manager offers a special functionality for announcement which team is going to the start. Within this functionality, the organizer can see in which order the teams will run, see information about the team, it is possible to move the team operatively and start the electronic voice notification of the team and the following teams at the start.
This functionality can be used by the competition organizer, for example, using a tablet connected to the Agility Manager. The person who ensures the starting of the teams is next the parkour and has a tablet on which he can see who is starting. From the tablet, he can start an electronic voice message or react to the situation if the team does not show up for the start, etc.
Announcement screen
You can get to the announcement screen from the starting list by clicking on the Starting list / Starting list for speaking button.
A announcement screen will appear with a list of teams going to start. The operator must at least update the list with the Refresh button after catching up with each team. After entering the team's result, the given team disappears from this list, so the team that is just starting is always in first place.
Click on the Detail button to view more information about the team.
Electronic voice announcement of the team at the start
The electronic voice announcement of the team that is going to the start can be called up with the button Speak / ... for the given team. It is possible to choose whether only the current team or other following teams should be announcement. After clicking on the item, the system announces with an electronic voice who is going to the start.
The electronic voice announcement functionality is in a functional beta version. It may happen that some names are not read correctly by the electronic voice in the correct language.
Team move
From the announcement screen, it is possible to move the team to another place in the starting list in exceptional cases. The move can be made up or down by clicking on the Arrows button and choosing how many positions you want to move the team.
General electronic announcement
General messages announcing various information can also be launched from this screen. For example, starting or ending the parkour walking.
For electronic voice announcement to work in practice, it is necessary that the computer or tablet from which it is announced is connected to the sound system of the competition (parkour).
