Competition settings

For each competition, it is necessary to set the necessary data at the beginning and to set the courses on which the running will take place.

Settings

It is possible to access the competition settings from the main menu Competition / Settings, and following data must be set:

License key - Enter your license key here, which will unlock the full functionality of the system. If a valid license key is not entered in the settings, the system will not allow adding more than 10 teams and will not correctly recalculate the results of the runs.

Name of the competition - Enter the name of the competition here.

Authorization token for online results - If you want to provide online results at the competition, enter the Auth Token for live results in the "Results settings" section. This token is used to send online results to the Internet during the competition. The results of your competition can then be followed in real time in the Agility Manager mobile application. This token must be obtained in advance from the creators of Agility Manager, who will include your competition in online results tracking.

How to get Authorization Token for online results

No later than 5 days before the competition, write to the address info@agilitymanager.com a request to send an authorization token for online results. In the request, enter the exact name of the competition, the date of the competition, the place of the competition and the name of the club that organizes the competition. Based on this request, we will include your competition in the online results and send you an authorization token.

Recommendation

We recommend leaving all other settings unchanged.

Setting parkours

You can access the list of parkours from the main menu Competition / Parkours. If the competition is run on only one parkour, edit the name of the parkour as needed. If they run on several parkours, add the necessary number of parkours. You can also assign a color to each parkour, which will make it easier to navigate in the list of runs, which will be marked with the color of the respective parkour.
