Checking and changing the order of teams
After adding or importing teams, the system automatically assigns a unique starting number to the team. According to these starting numbers, the system creates starting lists and determines the order of the teams.
If one competitor starts at the competition with more than one dog in the same category, it may happen that he gets on the starting list without having time to change and prepare his dog. Also for this reason, it is possible to move the teams as needed and thus change their starting number even before the starting lists are generated.
Finding competitors with multiple dogs
To find competitors who have more than one dog, it is possible to use the list of teams sorted by handler. Open the team list and sort it according to the Psovod column:
The list will show the teams sorted by the handler's name. This is how you can easily find competitors who run with more than one dog in the competition. According to the starting number, it can be seen whether the two teams will be close to each other in the starting list. If they are close to each other (as shown in the picture below), we recommend moving one team so that there is enough space between them so that the competitor has time to prepare the dog for the start.
Change of the order
Moving teams and changing their starting numbers is possible in the main menu Teams / Moving teams.
The move can be made by clicking on the icon with the up or down arrow and choosing how many positions the team should move. In this way, it is also possible to move the repetition of one team or several teams in order as needed.
Do this move and change of order before the start of the competition. It is not recommended to change the order and starting numbers of the teams after the start of the competition. It is undesirable for the team to change its starting number during the competition.
To make it easier to work with checking and moving teams, we recommend that you work in two tabs in the Internet browser. In one tab, open the list of teams sorted by handler and in the second tab, the screen for moving teams. By switching from one tab to another, you will gradually be able to quickly find individual competitors with several dogs and move the team.
